Tellumat Integrated Solutions' Project Management Office (PMO) is the overarching body which manages our Full Turn Key solution services, throughout the life cycle of the project. From Design through Installation and to the Maintenance of the sites, a dedicated project manager is assigned to each project, allowing our clients an easy single point of contact and quick view of their project status.

Tellumat Integrated Solutions proud itself in its project execution capabilities. Our Project Management Office (PMO) assures that all projects are run in the most efficient manner, while ensuring optimisation of resource usage, execution and communication.
Our project managers are highly skilled and experienced, following the PRINCE2 body of knowledge and methodologies.

Each project at TIS is assigned a Project Manager, who leads the project from initiation to closure. The Project Managers at TIS not only monitor and manage the progress of the project in terms of the "triple constraints" (Cost, Scope & Time within the Quality parameters), but also manage Risks and keep all stakeholders informed at all times.
