LAMP POST / FLAG POST SOLUTIONS
The Lamp Post/ Flag Post Solutions from Tellumat Integrated Solutions (TIS) form part of our Low Profile Solution (LPS) range of offerings. These are visually appealing, small-form-factor towers and equipment shelters that can be rolled out rapidly (3 - 5 days) to provide increased wireless capacity between the traditional larger base stations.
This new solution comprises a pre-cast concrete plinth, a mono-pole with antenna heights ranging from 9m – 28m high, and a modular cabinet housing the power and RF equipment. Network back-haul connectivity is provided via Fibre optic or microwave links. Tellumat Integrated solutions provides the full solution, customised to our client's needs, which can include our Environmental Site Controller and Power Management equipment into the design.
Tellumat Integrated Solutions (TIS) had designed, manufactured, deployed and commissioned hundreds of LPS sites nationwide to date. Our solutions are compatible with the equipment of all major OEMs operating within South Africa (Huawei, ZTE, NSN and Ericsson).

CAMERA POLE SOLUTIONS
Similar to the Lamp Post / Flag Post solutions, the Camera Pole solution is part of our LPS offerings. These are visually appealing, small-form-factor towers and equipment shelters that can be rolled out rapidly to provide increased wireless capacity between the traditional larger base stations.
As surveillance cameras continue to be deployed all over the country to increase our security, we though it would be a waste of space and a shame not to utilise these poles for more than just a camera.
TIS is busy with a large roll-out of the Camera Pole Solution for several municipalities within South Africa.

ROOFTOP / CHIMNEY SOLUTIONS
This neat solution of a Low Profile Site (LPS) was designed for specific sites where an existing building is already in place. The aesthetically pleasing pole, which resembles a chimney, is then secured to the roof of the building and the equipment cabinet can be placed inside the building, outside the building or even on-top of the roof.
TIS had secured several rooftop sites and have designed, manufactured, deployed and commissioned these beautifully concealed sites. The advantages to the operators and property owners alike are just too good to be missed.

BILLBOARD SOLUTIONS
We see billboards almost everywhere around South Africa today, mainly next to highways and main roads. These are normally areas of great congestion and access to networks are frequently restricted due to high volume of users.
One of the main advantages of placing a base-station on a billboard, is that a billboard is an already existing site - it has a raised "mast", it has power supplied to it and in some cases it even has a back-haul communication link to it. No major contraction is usually required, so with a fairly quick deployment and our designed addition to the billboard, it becomes a highly effective base-station!
The deployment is rapid and the results are great!

MODULAR STANDARD / HIGH SECURITY CABINET SERIES
The Modular Cabinet series from TIS is a highly-versatile outdoor shelter, purpose-built for housing electronic and communications equipment in a number of different configurations. The Cabinets provide a weather-proof environment, requiring minimum maintenance whilst affording environmental and mechanical protection to the internal equipment. It is supplied as a stand-alone unit fully reticulated and prepared for onsite installation. It is also available as part of a Full Turn Key solution, where TIS will provide the plinth, poles, environmental controllers, power management and the full / partial suit of our services.
The internal cabinet interface is also modular allowing a number of different mounting options from standard racking profiles to Shelves to user-specific equipment mountings. Furthermore a variety of cooling options are possible depending on user specifications. We have designed our cabinets to be easily customized via interchangeable panels.

SECURITY CAGES
Tellumat Integrated Solutions offers a variety of vandal proof solutions and security cages to protect our client’s valuable assets. These cages are site specific and are custom designed and manufactured by TIS to meet the site requirements.
Depending on the location of the site, and how secure the area is, the cages can be manufactured from a variety of materials e.g. Square Tubing, Angle Iron, U Channel, Rectangular Tubing and or Mentis Grid.
The cages can be manufactured in either “Drop Over Units” or in kit form, where a space constraint prevents the entire cage being lifted across the site.

Cages are coated with a Pre-Galv or Aluzinc anti rust protective coating, and then painted or power coated (according to customer specification)
Access doors in all serviceable areas

SHELTERS / CONTAINERS
Tellumat Integrated Solutions offers a wide range of shelters for Base Transceiver Stations (BTS), signaling sites and other sites which require housing of electrical equipment. Our shelters come in different sizes and shapes, according to customer specification. We kit and reticulated the shelters in our factory or on-site.
For ultra high security shelters, TIS had recently introduced the Mortar Shelter. It houses an array of Electrical and Electronic equipment ranging from Telecoms to Rail & Signal and is typically deployed at sites in rural areas. The shelter is manufactured from cast injected concrete. It can be manufactured in various sizes, to suit client requirements, and during the manufacturing process, can accommodate items such as inlet vents, outlet vents, ducting for cabling etc...
